Gear graduated with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University with a BSc in Information Systems with a minor in Business. Always the ponderer, he took on extracurricular responsibilities that furthered his interests in AI, leadership, and software engineering, filling roles like research assistant and president of the Thai student association. Having had to navigate a multitude of projects of varying complexity, Gear has accrued expertise in some of the most flexible, advanced programming languages and frameworks.

Immediately after graduating, Gear would find work at Ever Medical Technologies as one of its first few employees who designed and developed its blockchain core. Closely communicating with physicians, stakeholders, and his team, he would lead frontend, backend, database, and other web application development projects to continued success, setting a high standard of work for everyone around him through example.
Having had to navigate a multitude of projects of varying complexity, Gear has accrued expertise in some of the most flexible, advanced programming languages and frameworks. To date, Gear’s work on Ever’s HIE has involved the analysis and implementation of millions of patients’ data.
